FS1 launched more than 10 years ago seeking to move ESPN off its perch as the Worldwide Leader in Sports. While that dream quickly evaporated, the network has been able to find solid footing with its offering of live sports from the Fox portfolio.
According to reports, the longtime ESPN host would be open to a new gig at FS1 after that network canceled Speak, Breakfast Ball, and The Facility, and is line for a reshuffling of programs.
The Ville, led by Montrezl Harrell, won Saturday at Freedom Hall. The Louisville TBT team will play again on Sunday in The Basketball Tournament 2025.
Former NFL running back LeSean McCoy appeared regularly on two of those cancelled shows and he had a comical reaction to losing those gigs.
A source confirmed The Athletic's report that the show will be canceled along with "Speak" and "The Facility." But the source also said that Parkins is expected to remain with the network. Fox Sports declined to comment.
