In the restaurant's third-ever free burger promotion Aug. 20, George Webb is estimating it gave out 80,000 to 90,000 burgers during the 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. giveaway window, spokesman Brian Meehan said Aug. 22. If you include the 100,000 free burger vouchers George Webb handed out, which are redeemable Aug. 25-29, that's almost 200,000 burgers.

There's clearly demand for free burgers from George Webb. The company announced that it has given away all 100,000 free hamburger vouchers.

George Webb Restaurants has officially run out of vouchers for its burger giveaway after distributing more than 100,000 following the Milwaukee Brewers' 12-game winning streak.
