After trading for Chiefs WR Skyy Moore, the San Francisco 49ers seemingly lost another valuable wide receiver in Russell Gage.

A lot of folks seem to think the San Francisco 49ers sent a message to former Tennessee Vols wide receiver Jauan Jennings this week, but general manager John Lynch says that wasn't the case. Jennings,

Jennings, Gage, Cowing, and Watkins are all working through injuries. It is very possible that at least three, maybe all four (in a perfect world), will be ready for Week 1. It’s also possible that only one or two are. However you slice it, this is less than ideal.

Bleacher Report's Alex Kay has proposed a deal in which the 49ers would send Jennings to the Raiders in exchange for fellow receiver Tre Tucker and a fourth-round draft pick, a move that would ease San Francisco's financial burden while also supplying Las Vegas with a terrific weapon to put alongside Jakobi Meyers.

The Cardinals play the 49ers in Week 3. They are dealing with injuries, suspensions and more at wide receiver.
