House Bill 441, titled Gun Violence Prevention Pilot Program, was filed by Rep. Yvonne Hinson (D-District 21). It is in collaboration with the city of Gainesville’s IMPACT GNV initiative, launched last year. It targets people between 10 and 21-years-old at risk of gun violence, but their families are included as well.
