Milwaukee Police plan to refer criminal charges in the deadly shooting of a local chef after learning a man connected to the case was arrested in a chase and crash in Muskego. The Oct. 18 chase started when police said they got an alert from a license plate reader regarding a Mitsubishi Outlander connected to an incident in Milwaukee.
