Mayor Eric Adams was expected to deliver an endorsement in New York City's mayor race on Thursday, ending weeks of speculation after the first-term official dropped out of the race. Sources familiar with the political camps confirmed to NBC New York that Adams would deliver his endorsement to former Gov. Andrew Cuomo later in the day.
