CHP pursuit in Oakland, 2 arrests
Two people were arrested Thursday night following a California Highway Patrol pursuit in Oakland, authorities said.
Two people were killed and three were seriously injured, including two California Highway Patrol officers, after a pursuit ended with two crashes Saturday morning in Alameda County.
