Updated 2026 NFL Draft Order

The 2026 NFL draft order is in flux. With a win over the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday, Dec. 28, the Browns dropped from the third overall pick to No. 6 if the draft were to happen right now. Things will shift further after the Toilet Bowl this afternoon.
Those are the Chiefs' five picks inside the top-10 since 2000. Ironically, the Chiefs have never picked No. 9. They picked Ed Budde at No. 8 in 1963. They've picked 10th three times: Bill Martin in 1964, Gary Green in 1977 and Patrick Mahomes in 2017.
Sanders can also bolster his case to be the Browns starter next season with a win. If the Browns lose, they’ll slip in draft order — they currently have the No. 3 and No. 27 picks in the first round — and would have a tougher time landing one of the top QBs in the draft if they still want to go that route.
