Two Pennsylvania state troopers have been identified and are recovering after a shootout and car chase following a theft at a Dick's Sporting Goods Wednesday.

The incident began at Dick's Sports Goods in Chambersburg, where Foy and two others, Amir Swift, 21, and Giani Jaida McGowan, 21, allegedly stole over $1,000 worth of merchandise from the store. The trio was from Baltimore, Maryland, according to officials.

David Burr, 25, was arrested late Thursday after shooting at a state trooper during a chase, crashing his car and sparking an hours-long manhunt in Killeen.
