The Ravens have their head coach in Jesse Minter. Still to be determined is one of the most important roles under him, the offensive coordinator. Todd Monken has been Baltimore’s offensive coordinator since 2023 and was the architect of what proved to be an explosive and dynamic unit his first two seasons.
