BROOKLYN, New York (WABC) -- A motorcyclist is dead and a passenger is critically injured after a crash on the Belt Parkway in Brooklyn on Sunday. Police say a motorcycle and a white Mercedes were exiting the westbound Belt Parkway around 11:30 p.m. when they collided into each other at a high rate of speed.
