Delhi sees slow early turnout As per the Election Commission of India (ECI), Delhi recorded a sluggish voter turnout of 8.10% by 9 am. The North East district reported the highest turnout at 10.70%, followed by South West at 9.34%. New Delhi district recorded one of the lowest turnouts at 6.51%.
