Out rolled the 2025 New York State Fair butter sculpture, 800 pounds of creamy creativity carved into “Dairy For Good: Nourish. Grow. Thrive.” This unsalted work of art is the equivalent to 3,200 sticks of butter, enough to cover 76,800 pancakes.

Crafted from 800 pounds of butter, this year’s butter sculpture celebrates the joy and nourishment dairy provides at every stage of life, along with a classic inspiration with ties to the state.
