Studio Trigger returns to Night City with a standalone sequel to 'Cyberpunk: Edgerunners' that promises to hurt as much as the original.

“Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2 is in production,” an announcement on X (or Twitter) reveals. “It presents a new standalone 10-episode story from the world of Cyberpunk 2077 – a raw chronicle of redemption and revenge. When the world is blinded by spectacle, what extremes do you have to go to make your story matter?”

CD Projekt RED and studio TRIGGER have announced Cyberpunk: Edgerunners II, a standalone anime series set in the world of Cyberpunk 2077. Cyberpunk: Edgerunners II follows Cyberpunk: Edgerunners, which aired across 10 episodes in 2022 to critical acclaim.
