The boy killed in a fatal hit-and-run crash in Atascadero on Friday has been identified as 11-year-old José Gutiérrez — and his family needs your help. Family and community members identified the boy on social media Saturday amid pleas for donations to the Gutierrez Orozco family to help them pay to transport José’s body to Mexico.
