Pittsburgh Steelers' Mike Tomlin kept his answer brief on whether Derrick Harmon suffered a serious knee injury during the preseason finale.

Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin gave an update on the status of first-round pick Derrick Harmon after he left the team’s final preseason game with a knee injury.

While Aaron Rodgers didn't officially sign with the Steelers until June 7, Mike Tomlin had known for months that the four-time league MVP would be joining his team for the 2025 season.  Pittsburgh's coach recently acknowledged that he knew Rodgers was signing with the Steelers prior to this year's NFL draft,

PITTSBURGH -- Mike Tomlin says Pittsburgh Steelers long snapper Christian Kuntz suffered a short-term injury, and it will not affect him long-term. The team got ‘good news’ on him, though Steelers insider Mark Kaboly said it is believed that Kuntz suffered a broken sternum.

Steelers fans are fed up with Mike Tomlin and Teryl Austin as frustration mounts over playoff failures and defensive struggles.

What makes this decision even more rough is the fact that the Steelers have three receivers who are not healthy at all. Calvin Austin III is trying to return after missing multiple weeks of practice with an injury, Ben Skowronek recently developed a toe issue and utility man Jonnu Smith has barely participated in practice since July.

The Pittsburgh Steelers have no questions at kicker with Chris Boswell entrenched, but backup kicker Ben Sauls might have just made himself some money and earned a spot on another roster with his performance on Thursday.
