Lone Star Funds has secured $145 million in acquisition financing to buy Bank of America Plaza at Las Olas City Centre in Fort Lauderdale.

Deutsche Bank is to change the leadership of its investment bank as it enters a decisive year in the execution of its strategy. Mark Fedorcik, co-head of the investment bank in New York, will leave Deutsche after 30 years, having spent his whole career at the bank.
