With Aaron Judge still rehabbing a right flexor strain, Yankees manager Aaron Boone said the superstar’s throwing will likely be compromised for the rest of the 2025 season.

Judge is on a throwing progression but Boone noted Tuesday that the slugger isn't likely to be able to throw without limitations in 2025.

Instead, Judge and the Yankees need to accept that the best course of action moving forward is for the two-time AL MVP to man first base beginning in 2026.
