For many in Oklahoma, summer means summer camp. But as the flooding tragedy unfolds in Texas, how are camps preparing in case of emergencies?

The details of Camp Mystic's emergency plans were not included in the records released by the state. DSHS released the July 2 inspection report along with five years of reports of the youth camp.

As of this writing, 111 people have perished in the central Texas flash flooding of the Guadalupe River, including 27 campers, counselors and owner of Camp Mystic along its banks.
