MILWAUKEE, Wis. - Six teams of agents with the Federal Emergency Management Agency have begun preliminary damage assessments in Southeast Wisconsin

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) will arrive in Wisconsin on Thursday, according to Milwaukee County Executive David Crowley.
