Three Tremonton Garland police officers were shot while responding to a disturbance call in Utah on Sunday night, with one suspect now in custody.
Police say two other men who also opened fire in the bar remained at large on Monday, but officials did not disclose further details about them.
A possible motive for the shooting remains under investigation, but authorities have said it appears to be gang-related.
The shooting was reported at Skylab Road and Springdale Street around 7:15 a.m. Aerial footage showed investigators responding to an outdoor area of a California Closets building.
Brookhaven police said the victim and suspect, identified as Jose Carlos Meza Ignacio, were drinking together when an argument broke out.
All four shootings are under investigation as separate crimes, but police are also examining whether one or more of the incidents are linked, police said.
It was a funny moment, until the other driver noticed he was being laughed at, and pulled out a pistol, police say.
A 59-year-old man was fatally shot Sunday evening by state police after a manhunt in west Michigan, authorities said. Don Albert Stapel Jr. was sought in a wooded area near the 7500 block of Fox Road in Mears when he was found in an outbuilding, Michigan State Police Sixth District said.
