A federal court has decided to rehear a case relating to President Donald Trump’s authority to send National Guard troops to Portland, Oregon.

Portland Mayor Keith Wilson spent Tuesday evening canvassing a northeast Portland neighborhood, urging voters to approve his proposed parks levy in next week's election.
