“Poker Face” is created by Rian Johnson, who also writes, directs, and executive produces the series. Johnson and Lyonne said in a press statement that Season 2 further incorporates the ’70s aesthetic, namely drawing on odes to auteurs Robert Altman, Bob Rafelson, and Peter Bogdanovich.
