The Pittsburgh Steelers traded away George Pickens ahead of the 2025 NFL season. Pickens had spent three seasons in Pittsburgh after being drafted in the second round of the 2022 NFL Draft.
According to ESPN's Adam Schefter on Saturday night, the Cowboys plan to extend the franchise tag to Pickens. That franchise tag secures Pickens for the 2026 season at a rate expected to be $28 million.
