A new wildfire was reported today at 1:27 a.m. in Los Angeles County, California. The wildfire has been burning on private land. At this time, the containment status is unknown and the cause of the fire remains undetermined.

A massive tunnel under construction partially collapsed in Los Angeles County, trapping 31 workers 400 feet beneath the ground. All the workers were safely rescued.

The Los Angeles Fire Department rushed to Wilmington after a tunnel collapsed and trapped 27 people inside. Four other workers went in after the collapse to help the others. The construction workers inside the underground tunnel were rescued roughly an hour after the collapse,
