Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs offense have shown impressive form in their preseason finale against the Bears

The Chiefs totaled 231 yards in 21 plays with Mahomes on the field, an average of 11 yards per play. They had a whopping 13 first downs.

Andy Reid switched his playing time approach this preseason, starting backup quarterback Gardner Minshew in the second game, last weekend at Seattle, and playing Mahomes, Travis Kelce and other starters through most of the first half in the team’s only prep game at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium.
