The Recording Academy has appointed poet and artist J. Ivy and artist and songwriter Torae as the new co-chairs of its Black Music Collective.

It’s an eclectic list, to say the least, encompassing pop, traditional pop, rock, hard rock, R&B, rap, country and reggae.
