Admiral Sir Tony Radakin met senior US defence officials alongside other European military chiefs in Washington DC on Wednesday.

Shazad Khan was pronounced dead at the scene after officers responded to reports of an altercation in Monks Park in Wembley at 6.10pm on Tuesday.

The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) has been granted permission to intervene in legal action over the issue.
