ABS OF STEEL™ I love working my Abs on the #BOSU it offers a better challenge then doing these exercises on the floor. A couple of pointers when doing Ab work...➡️try to keep your head inline with the spine, don't drop the chin down. Think of a tennis ball under your chin ➡️ Don't arch the back, the movement is more in the flex ion than the hyperextension. ➡️ On the 'V' lifts, sit up higher on the Bosu and if you can't lift both legs, only lift one at a time. #absofsteel #abexercises #bosuabs #f

Time for another BUTTBUNSBOOTY exercise with upper body options. On all fours, lift one leg with knee bent and turned outward. Outward is key to this exercise. Lift bend leg up and cross over the base leg, while bending both arms. Do 4-8 times Now lift the body after the crossover engaging the arms and upper body.
