Happy Friday! Today’s workout is a wall workout! We all have a wall, so get next to one and get started! The workout: 1. Alternate lunge 2. Push up (wide) 3. Push up (tricep) 4. Side bend with single arm tricep 5. Hip abdution/adduction 6. Knee lift with extension 7. Bridges into single leg bridge 8. Reverse knee touch leg extension 9.
