Body was CRANKY today. I find when I have a flashback (big or small) it also triggers my Lyme disease symptoms to flare. Joints ache. Stiff upper back & of course hip pain. Celery juice has helped to minimize the pain caused by inflammation. Chronic diseases don’t have a great roadmap.
