MINI PEAR TARTE TATIN 🍐 INGREDIENTS ▪️ 1 pear ▪️ 6 small round puff pastry pieces ▪️ Thyme ▪️ Honey ▪️ 1 egg ⏱ 20 minutes | 🌡 355°F STEPS 1️⃣ Slice the pear into thin pieces. 2️⃣ Add a drizzle of honey and a pinch of thyme onto a baking tray. 3️⃣ Place a pear slice on top. 4️⃣ Cover each one with a piece of puff pastry. 5️⃣ Brush with beaten egg. 6️⃣ Bake for 20 minutes at 355°F until golden. 7️⃣ Carefully flip or unmold and serve warm.
