In order to catch Meloetta, there is few step you will need to go through before you able to encounter it and capture it. Wait for the breeze to swirl around you and start spinning clockwise for around 15 sec(Joystick instead of D-Pad* mistake in the description) and open up your camera and change the filter to sepia.
